Our Leader

David Feingold, who is the managing member of the firm is a graduate of Emory University located in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Feingold is a graduate of both the undergraduate and law school program with distinguished honors. Mr. Feingold received numerous academic awards as a student including the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa award as well as graduating in the top five percent of his class. Emory University has been honored in Barron’s as well as U.S. News and World Report as one of the top twenty academic institutions in the United States for both undergraduate and graduate degrees.

 

In his nearly 18 years of practicing law, Mr. Feingold has focused on both litigation and business transactions. Believing that a lawyer cannot competently represent his client in the complex business arena without both transactional and litigation experience, Mr. Feingold has been responsible for personally handling in excess of thirty trials and he has also handled nearly two hundred million dollars in corporate transactions.

 
Mr. Feingold has a strong emphasis on charity and the promotion of causes for children and has devoted a substantial amount of resources to the betterment of children throughout the world. He has five children, two of whom he adopted from a third world country as a result of their abandonment by their biological parents and this has lead him on a crusade to help underprivileged children. Mr. Feingold and the firm have undertaken charity work as follows:
 
1 Responsible for the construction and funding of a school for an entire village in the country of Guatemala where no school previously existed and for the purpose of educating the population
   
2 Responsible for the funding of a food program for orphaned children in Russia
   
3 Responsible for the provision of computers for a computer lab at a Christian religious school in the United States.
   
4 Responsible for the payment of all tuitions for graduate school for an underprivileged African American male, that was granted a merit scholarship by the firm
   
5 Responsible for the funding for a program to provide vitamins and oral dental hygiene to underprivileged children in South America
   
6 Contributor to the general funding of a home for orphaned children in Florida.
   
7 Donation of a brand new automobile to an indigent family in South Florida to assist them in having transportation in order to obtain employment.
   
8 Responsible for the funding of a playground for a Jewish religious school located in Florida.
   
9 Responsible for the funding of a scholarship for underprivileged children to attend summer camp both for a Christian supported camp in North Carolina and a non-denominational program in Florida.
   
10 Responsible for the funding of a documentary of child labor law abuses in third world countries in hopes of bringing this issue into national attention and thereby influence corporations to cease utilizing companies that do not obey by child labor laws.
   
11. Financially supported the swim with the dolphins rehab program for a disabled child to participate in the program in the Florida Keys.
   
12. Funded the payment of rent for disadvantaged Haitian immigrant family left financially harmed due to the death of a parent.
   
13. Funded the payment of a salary stipend for jury participation in the court system to economically struggling jurors.
   
Mr. Feingold and the firm have committed to assisting children and young adults regardless of religion or race but for the sole purpose of helping the less fortunate. The firm's motto continues to be "A Man never stands so tall as when he stoops to help a child."
